Self-Service

Start with our documentation. You will find clear guides for installing, configuring, and using our services. Most common questions can be answered there.

When to use self-service:

  • Check the docs first — you can often find answers faster there
  • Our team is not always available, but the community often helps
  • Feedback, feature requests, and suggestions are welcome

We are constantly improving the documentation to cover more topics.

Discord

If you need direct help or want to talk with the community, join our Discord Server. Please check the documentation before asking, since we may not always be available live.

We welcome feedback, requests, and constructive criticism.
